1. Return Eligibility

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels intact.
  • Returns are applicable only in cases of manufacturing defects, damage during transit, or wrong item received.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products showing any signs of use, damage, or tampering.
  • Items missing original packaging, manuals, or accessories.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling, installation, or misuse.

3. Replacement or Refund

Once the returned product is received, our quality team will inspect it and update you on the status of your request. If approved, a replacement or refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
